SW Pets Logistics have experience with corporate, private ,diplomatic and military pet owner relocations. We are also experienced in transporting and handling a variety of domestic and exotic species around the globe. We work with a select group of trusted boarding care providers, including animal specific facilities, and can arrange short or long-term care during your move. We offer a full range of travel kennel sizes and can provide modified kennels—we'll even build custom travel kennels when needed.

We are committed to keep improving, innovating and developing our services to exceed our customer expectations and satisfaction. We move your pets safely and comfortably and try to ensure that direct flights are used whenever possible to keep the transit time to a bare minimum. Delivery of your pet to your new home is looked after by professionals, all of whom are members of the necessary international trade associations.

Our flight and documentation service

We ensure your pet has met the health and customs requirements before they fly. We provide private and group, door to door transportation which includes customs clearance for entry into both countries.

  • Safe and timely delivery of your pet to the plane
  • Long or short trips, Pick up of your pet can be arranged
  • We can help you make plans for your pet’s travel if you are flying with your pet, or the pet is travelling on it’s own.

Proper airline documentation

  • We also supply ground transportation
  • SW Pets arrange all of the required documentation necessary for the pet relocation travel plans.
  • Import Permits may be required when shipping pets Internationally, as well as special licenses and other legal documentation and we help you with these details.
  • SW Pets offers pet transport to any destination around the World.
  • We work with national and international contacts and a network of professional pet shipping companies to enable the safe transportation of your pets.
  • Customs Clearance , we can arrange for customs clearance at any destination

Transport

Some of our clients find that they just don’t have time during their busy schedule to drop-off or pick-up their pet. If that’s the spot you’re in, no problem, we’ll be happy to come and pick up your pet for you and if need be, bring him home too!. Our charges are fair based on your location and you can’t get any more convenient. We’ll handle all of your check in or check out at the location of your choice. If you need pick up or delivery let us know.

Modifications include wire mesh over all vents and the door, a perch inside at appropriate height, along with dishes attached to the door for food and water. We can also provide cloth or mesh to drop down covering over the door to prevent any drafts.

Note: your pet’s head or ear tips, whichever is higher, must not touch the top of the crate. There should be 3” of clearances inside the kennel above the highest point of the pet. How to determine kennel size Length = A + B Width = C x 2 Height = D + 3” For travel to and from all destinations and for short-nosed dogs: use a crate one size larger than normal
